NORMA Products Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Ipoh, Perak
The incumbent is responsible for developing, implementing and administering company’s quality management system to meet the company quality and KPI and ensure conformance with corporate and legal standards.
Responsibilities
- Establish and administer the company’s quality policy to be in line with pre-determined guidelines. Ensure conformance of all legal and corporate specifications to achieve the quality objectives of the company.
- Direct the continuous review of all quality control to effect improvements and enhance efficiency on an organization-wide basis.
- Responsible for continuous improvement on quality meet compliance to requirements both locally and internationally including ISO standard and product standards.
- Ensure corrective action plans are initiated and monitored on all quality issues and progress.
- Develop/motivate, train and guide quality team.
- To be responsible for maintaining proper teamwork and coordination between all other department in achieving the compliance to company’s Quality, Environmental & Occupational, Health & Safety Management System.
- Implementation of quality management system and daily maintenance;
- To define the KPI system, including the quality target, and monitor it regularly;
- Organize the internal quality audit which includes the system audit, process audit, product audit;
- Conduct the 3rd party audit and customer audit, as well as other audit, such as audit from HQ;
- Take responsibility for quality data statistics, analysis, continual improvement, corrective and preventative measures, and report;
- Quality files and records management based on the procedure and rules of HQ;
- Cooperate in global content in quality matters with HQ and other locations worldwide;
- Support in further activities for localization of components and production technology;
- Supplier audit and regularly assessment and communication;
- Quality team building, coaching, performance evaluation, and development;
- To strengthen the whole staff’s quality sense and coach the quality knowledge;
- Implement the responsibilities of Quality Management Representative defined in Quality Manual;
- Other relevant tasks arranged by superiors for achieving company’s objectives
