Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA, audits, documentation in a food manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, HACCP, and food regulations.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) including ISO 9001:2015 & HACCP.
• Conduct audits, manage QA documentation, and oversee food safety activities.
• Investigate quality issues and customer complaints.
