Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year working experience in QAS related field.
• Knowledge of legal requirements (FMA, OSHA, EQA etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist during internal or external audit.
• Document IMS, HACCP and Unified Standard.
• Release incoming materials for production use.
• Prepare standard/defect samples for lab or performance evaluation.
• Investigate causes of non-conformance and effectively close corrective and preventive action.
• Conduct necessary training and qualification tests for production staff or contractor.
• Prepare Monthly Quality Performance data/report.
• Ensure all calibrations of measuring and inspection equipment are carried out on time.
• Verify laboratory testing results and finished good buy-off result for QA approval.
• Fully comply with Malaysia and company safety and health regulations.
