Guan Chong Cocoa Manufacturer Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a driven and experienced QA Executive to join our team in Pasir Gudang, Johor. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring product quality, compliance, and consistency throughout our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handle customer technical enquiries and quality-related requests of Asia and Europe markets
• Prepare, review, and manage customer product specifications and technical documents
• Coordinate and respond to customer complaints, including investigation and corrective actions
• Liaise with internal teams from GCB subsidiaries (QA, Production, R&D, Marketing) for customer requests

What we're looking for

• Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 1–3 years QA experience in food/FMCG preferred
• Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is an advantage)
