Job Description

• Perform inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures and checklists.
• Assist in investigating customer complaints and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Support production teams in maintaining product quality and identifying process improvements.
• Perform data analysis and report quality trends to management.
• Support the implementation of new quality tools and systems.
• Assist in product validations and pre-shipment inspections.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment.

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a QA/QC role.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC).
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin, as the role involves dealing with Chinese speaking clients.
