What you’ll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance plans and procedures to monitor and improve manufacturing processes
• Conduct thorough inspections, testing, and quality control checks at various stages of production
• Analyse and interpret quality data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address quality‑related issues and implement solutions
• Document and maintain detailed records of quality control activities and findings
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in quality assurance
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and techniques
• Data analysis for quality issue and customer complaint
• Prepare first part out‑going inspection report

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control methods
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software, Six Sigma, and quality management systems
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively at all levels
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
