Responsibilities

• Responsibility for negotiating with suppliers and sellers of the assorted products and services that factory needs.
• Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses.
• Works with internal departments to ensure purchase orders and requisitions are organized to order materials, goods and supplies.
• Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.
• Authorizing payments and managing purchasing expenses with meticulous record‐keeping.
• Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
• Oversees and coordinates daily warehouse operations, managing inventory, ensuring efficient and accurate product movement.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and controlling inventory flow, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Coordinating with transportation and logistics personnel to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.
• Analysing shipment logs and reviewing timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
