Job summary

A leading service company in Klang City seeks an Administrative Executive (Purchasing Support) to handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing records, following up with suppliers, and supporting purchasing activities. Candidates should have at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, be self-motivated, and possess good communication skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, while Mandarin skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Preferably 2-3 years working experience.
  • Fresh candidates without experience but with a positive attitude will be considered.
  • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Prepare, update, and organize records such as PO, PI, inventories, and related documents.
  • Follow up with suppliers and internal departments on delivery timelines.
  • Support purchasing activities such as obtaining quotations and updating price lists.
