Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related fields is required.
  • Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N4 or above) and fluent Chinese skills are essential.
  • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing operations within an international environment.

Purchasing Operation Specialist (Japanese Speaking)

Execute end-to-end purchasing operations, including PR/PO processing, supplier onboarding, and order tracking.

Operate or manage procurement operations of the Procure to Pay process (especially PO checks, dispatch and supplier management including creation/modification, Purchasing cards - P cards management) or procurement data/tools.

Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards and approval workflows.

Implement procurement best practices, KPI improvement and process efficiencies.

Collaborate with internal clients, stakeholders and suppliers to resolve operational issues and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

Participate in continuous improvement projects related to P2P, digital transformation and process harmonization.

Utilize AI and automation tools (e.g., AI chatbots, OCR) to enhance accuracy and improve efficiency.

Role and Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related fields.
  • JLPT N4 or above Japanese capability and fluent Chinese skill.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in an international environment SSC - P2P (Purchasing Operations).
  • Knowledge and experience of using ERP System (Psft, Oracle, SAP) and eProcurement platforms.
  • Basic understanding of AI applications in business (e.g., data automation, predictive analytics or document processing).
  • Experience in working with international business.
  • Customer service experience and customer-oriented.
