Overview

  • Expected salary: RM2,800 - RM3,300 per month
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs).
  • Monitor and track POs, ensure materials are timely delivery.
  • Monitor inventory level from company ERP system on stock levels avoid overstocking or shortage of material.
  • Ensure purchases work flow comply with company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain an updated purchasing records and documentation.
  • Assess supplier performance.
  • Participate in supplier audits or reviews.
  • Request quotations, negotiate prices, terms and contracts with new vendors.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers and develop new sources.
  • Working on cost-saving options.
