Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Gather and provide information on items for end users from vendors.
• Source and negotiate with vendors to get better prices and services.
• Communicate with vendors and management.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements and check the return of goods.
• Select vendors for the best quality quote and service.
• Ensure Purchase Orders are generated, and check Delivery Orders and invoices.

Gather and provide information on IR items for end user from vendors.

To source and negotiate with vendor in orders to get better price/service.

To communicate with vendor and management.

To co‑ordinate good delivery and make arrangement for delivery, checking and return of goods.

To select vendors to get the best quality quote and service.

Ensuring P.O. is generated, checking D.O., invoice and filing.

Registration process according ISO standard, machine spares, packing materials purchase, inventory control and store management.

Requirements:

At least Bachelor's Degree in business studies / administration / supply chain / management / science / Engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
