Job summary

Job description

Responsible for marketing department materials, including promotional items, marketing collaterals, and peripheral products (such as gift boxes and giveaways).

Establish and implement procurement procedures (from demand confirmation → order placement → goods receipt → invoice submission to finance).

Ensure all procurement documents (quotations, contracts, invoices, etc.) are complete and properly archived.

Maintain and manage relationships with existing suppliers, conducting regular price and quality evaluations.

Assist in identifying and developing new suppliers, conduct price comparisons, and propose cost optimization solutions.

Maintain daily communication with the inventory department to follow up on store receipts and material consumption.

When the inventory department reports abnormalities (such as shortages, wrong items, or delivery delays), proactively communicate with suppliers to resolve issues.

Develop procurement plans based on inventory data to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Compile monthly procurement expenses and supplier data to prepare procurement analysis reports.

Track material consumption trends to support the finance department in budgeting and cost control.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in purchasing field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
