  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, pricing, and reliability.
  • Communicate with suppliers for quotations and negotiations.
  • Prepare and monitor local purchase orders.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for purchasing needs.
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Verify supplier invoices and liaise with accounts for billing.
  • Maintain records of quotations, POs, and invoices.

  • Prepare, process, and monitor local purchase orders (POs)
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and delivery timelines
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues related to quality or delays
  • Verify supplier invoices and liaise with the accounts team for billing and payments
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of quotations, POs, invoices, and supplier databases
  • Monitor stock levels (if required) and assist in planning replenishment
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
