Gard Inc Sdn Bhd. is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Executive to join our team in Sungai Long, Selangor. As a Procurement Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by managing the procurement of essential materials, supplies, and services. This full‑time position presents an opportunity to contribute directly to the success and growth of our organization.
Execute end‑to‑end procurement activities, including sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
Continuously identify and evaluate new suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and supply chain reliability.
Coordinate and monitor the quotation process from suppliers to ensure timely submission and competitive pricing.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with local and overseas suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and internal support teams.
Liaise with freight forwarders and courier companies to ensure timely delivery of shipments to warehouses or direct destinations.
Track order status regularly and follow up with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery.
Arrange and coordinate SIRIM inspections (or relevant compliance certifications) as required for regulated products.
Manage pre‑shipment inspections to ensure quality and compliance with company standards and specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers for the preparation and submission of required CB reports (or other product compliance documentation).
Coordinate boomlift or skylift bookings and arrangements when required for installation or project activities.
Prepare and maintain accurate purchase reports, including procurement status, cost analysis, and supplier performance summaries.
Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, shipping records, and compliance documents.
