We are seeking a dedicated and organised Purchasing Cum Admin Assistant to join our team at SKA Technology Sdn Bhd in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. This full‑time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the purchasing department, ensuring efficient procurement processes and maintaining accurate records.

What you'll be doing
  • Assisting the Purchasing Manager in all purchasing‑related tasks, including raising purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing supplier relationships
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of suppliers, inventory, and purchase history
  • Preparing and processing payment documentation, such as invoices and expense claims
  • Providing general administrative support, including handling incoming enquiries, scheduling appointments, and organising office supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to purchasing and inventory management
  • Collaborating with other departments to support the overall operational efficiency of the organization
What we're looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar purchasing or administrative role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and experience with SQL inventory management systems
