Responsibilities

  • Understand and utilize UBS System for inventory checks.
  • Quote and compare materials for procurement.
  • Follow up with suppliers to negotiate prices.
  • Process Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices in UBS System.
  • Conduct cost analyses and research suitable suppliers.

Qualifications & experience
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM (O - Level) / IGCSE / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Fresh-graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu to customer and colleague.
  • Salary commensurate on experience and qualification.
  • Good in responsibility.
  • Computer literacy. (UBS System and Microsoft Office – More important with Word and Excel )
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Priority given to interviewee who understanding and how to use the UBS System.
  • Before purchasing, check inventory levels based on demand.
  • Quote and comparison for material.
  • Contact and follow up with supplier and negotiate better prices.
  • Process, Issue and data entry for Purchase Order, Delivery Order, and Invoices into system (UBS System).
  • Cost analyses.
  • Find and research the potential supplier who the best and suitable for company project.
  • Familiar with building material to procurement.
  • 5 working days per week (8.15am - 6.00pm)
