Handle all purchasing matters, including sourcing, negotiating, and issuing purchase orders while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve issues related to delayed or defective supplies.
Manage inventory levels, coordinate with relevant departments, and ensure sufficient stock availability.
Work closely with the Accounts Department for budgeting, cost control, payment processing, and compliance with company policies.
Assisting Account department whenever necessary.
Maintain complete purchase records, invoices, and supplier agreements while preparing reports and supporting audits as needed.
