We’re on the hunt for a sharp, detail-oriented Procurement & Card Executive to manage card purchases, maintain supplier relationships, and keep our inventory fully stocked across multiple countries.

What You’ll Do:

Handle card purchases across assigned countries & manage related issues.

Liaise with fraud support for any card-related concerns.

Hunt for the best deals from multiple suppliers to maximize value.

Process purchase orders and update our platform accurately.

Maintain strong vendor relationships and onboard new products.

Monitor inventory levels & control expenses within budget.

Assist in pricing, procurement research, and supplier evaluation.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year experience in procurement or related field.

SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holders.

Fluent in BM, English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in decision-making.

Able to forecast needs, manage inventory, and build positive relationships.
