A leading investment holding company in Malaysia is looking for a Public Relations Officer to manage native agreements and compensation payments. The candidate should have at least a diploma in relevant fields and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Knowledge of land matters, compensation payments or estate operations is an advantage.
• Able to handle documentation, records and payment-related processes accurately.

Process and monitor native compensation and monthly allowance payments.

Verify land rental and land/plant compensation claims and prepare payment requests.

Maintain accurate records and master listings for agreements and payments.

Liaise with Treasury, legal firms and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments.

Support team operations, propose improvements and perform site visits when required.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Accounting or related fields.
