Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies to enhance corporate visibility and reputation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, investors, regulators, government agencies, and business partners.

Prepare corporate announcements, press releases, speeches, briefing notes, and official communications in English and Chinese.

Plan and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, corporate events, investor visits, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Lead social media and digital PR initiatives — overseeing content strategy, messaging, online engagement, and brand consistency.

Coordinate corporate photoshoots, videography, and visual branding requirements to support marketing and PR campaigns.

Assist in preparing business proposals, corporate presentations, and investor decks, ensuring alignment with brand and strategic objectives.

Monitor and analyse media coverage, industry trends, and public sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to Management.

Support investor‑relations activities, particularly engagements involving China‑based investors and strategic partners.

Safeguard brand integrity and ensure consistent communication across all platforms and subsidiaries.

Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Corporate Affairs, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Investor Relations, or Corporate Affairs.
  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) — written and spoken — is mandatory due to frequent communication with China‑based stakeholders.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven experience in media management, stakeholder relations, and corporate communications.
  • Hands‑on experience with social media management and content development.
  • Exposure to photoshoot coordination, visual branding, or creative production is an advantage.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and proposal‑development skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder‑management and crisis‑communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
