Responsibilities
  • Social Media Content Management: Plan, create, and publish a minimum of social media posts per month across company platforms. Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, campaign objectives, and engagement goals.
  • Influencer Collaboration & Recruitment: Identify, approach, and secure influencers/KOLs/KOCs for collaboration campaigns. Invite and confirm influencers for promotional content. Invite and secure influencers for lifestyle, travel, and team-building campaigns. Manage influencer communication, briefing, onboarding, coordination of deliverables, and follow-ups. Maintain positive and long-term relationships with influencers and content creators.
  • KOC Recruitment (Facebook): Recruit and register new KOCs monthly through Facebook channels. Execute recruitment postings, outreach strategies, and follow-ups to meet monthly targets.
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Mandarin-speaking preferred, as the role requires liaising with Chinese-based clients.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with influencers, KOLs, and KOCs across social media platforms.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
