• Perform Procure-to-Pay (PTP) activities including invoice processing, vendor statement reconciliation, and query resolution.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Engage regularly with country teams and shared services for process alignment.
• Address and resolve queries and escalations promptly to minimise financial risk.
• Support internal and external audits, reporting, and finance-related projects.
• Provide training to new team members and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Profile

A successful PTP Analyst (Japanese Speaker) should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in English and Japanese (min JLPT N2 and above) - speak, read & write
• Minimum 1 year of experience in PTP processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Oracle Cloud experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to provide meaningful financial insights.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
