Job description

Responsibilities

• Conducting routine patient check-ups to assess their health condition and discover possible issues
• Giving appropriate advice for healthy habits and preventative actions to promote overall health
• Reaching an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and the patient’s medical history
• Use knowledge of psychological theory and practice
• Help clients address mental health concerns or adjust their behaviors
• Exhibit superior communication skills to uncover complicated mental health issues
• Communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with the team, patients and their family, visitors and carers.
• Develop and recommend treatment plans based on patient needs and diagnosis
• Provide referrals when necessary for additional care, evaluation, or treatment
• Conduct Psychological Assessments and interpret assessment results and write assessment reports.
• Help train and motivate psychology interns and internal staff if needed.
• Conduct psychological research & market research to understand the need for mental health services in various population
• Compiles and maintains relevant documentation, records and reports for inspection by the appropriate authorities, both internal and external auditors.
• Provide patients with referrals to other therapists, clinics or facilities as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Manager and Management.
