Key Responsibilities

• Learn through observation and hands‑on exposure to the retail pharmacy environment
• Support the Pharmacist in dispensing medications and filling prescriptions with care.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of medications, supplements, and health products based on customer needs
• Offer health consultations and recommend suitable pharmaceutical and health supplement products
• Manage inventory and ensure safe, compliant handling of medicines.
• Participate in health awareness campaigns and outreach programs
• Build customer loyalty through excellent service and professional advice
• Assist in daily outlet operations and pharmacy workflow
• Understand the balance between ethical practice and commercial elements in community pharmacy

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy certified by MQA
