PROTON Young Talent (PYT) Programme is a fast-track development programme designed for high-potential young graduates to accelerate job competence at the Entry Level. It starts as a one-year comprehensive development programme using the blended learning approach that provides exposure to our operations before permanent placement to relevant Divisions in PROTON.
