A leading infrastructure company in Malaysia seeks fresh graduates for its Protégé Trainee Programme focused on civil engineering and related fields. This one-year traineeship offers on-the-job training and soft skills development with a monthly allowance of RM2,000. Graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 are encouraged to apply. Placements will occur across various departments and locations, providing essential experience in the infrastructure industry. Annual leave and medical benefits are also offered.
The Protégé Trainee Programme is tailored for fresh graduates in Civil Engineering and related disciplines, including structural, construction, infrastructure engineering and Quantity Surveying. This one-year traineeship offers a comprehensive learning experience that combines hands-on, on-the-job training with structured soft skills development. It provides an excellent platform for graduates to kick-start their careers and gain valuable exposure within the expressway and infrastructure industry.
Placements will be across various departments and locations, including Headquarters (HQ), Southern Region, Northern Region, and the Pantai Timur (LPT2) area.
Recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related disciplines such as Construction Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Quantity Surveying or other relevant fields.
Having a good interpersonal and communication skills
Recent fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 and able to provide a completion letter or completed mini transcript are encouraged to apply
Graduates with good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools
Traineeship allowance of RM2,000 per month
