As a PROTÉGÉ Trainee, you will undergo a 12-month on-the-job training programme where you will be exposed to various aspects of construction operations.

• Assist project teams in site operations, coordination, and supervision.
• Support Quantity Surveying works such as measurement, costing, and documentation.
• Assist in planning and scheduling works, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Exposure to contract administration, claims, and project documentation.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, and internal coordination meetings.
• Learn company procedures, construction methods, and safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties related to construction operations as assigned.

Upon successful completion of the programme, high-performing trainees may be considered for permanent placement within the company.

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduates with a degree in one of the following construction disciplines:
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Construction Management
  • Civil Engineering
  • Project Planning / Contract Management
  • or related construction disciplines
• Malaysian graduates registered under the PROTÉGÉ Programme.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes (site exposure is an advantage).
• Willing to be based at HQ and/or project sites.
• Strong willingness to learn, proactive, and positive attitude.
