Job description

You will assist the operations and solutions management in the frame of Flight Hour and LRU Services. The Industrial solutions protege will work within a team of repair experts. The main aim of this team is to build and maintain the set-up for the FHS repair supply chain. To maintain and improve this industrial set-up involves daily work with suppliers and a lot of worldwide FHS and other team contributors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Repair Solution Specialist in searching and managing maintenance repair capabilities:
    • Collect and organize capabilities from suppliers
    • Support all entries into service to find adapted operational solutions
    • Industrialize the operational processes for this activity
  2. Assist Repair Solution Specialist with entry into service management:
    • Assist on FHS networking needs (synchronizing FHS programs, procurement, operations, repair contacts, Skywise)
    • Follow up a complete Entry into Service with CPM
    • Prepare the Skywise report for PBH activity, maintaining the database
  3. Assist on operations solutions and network maintenance:
    • Search for FHS and LRU services solutions
    • Maintain and follow up FHS customer specificities and network according to contract expectations and certificates
    • Support activity with Engineering with Skanr
  4. Supplier data management specialist:
    • Run regular data synchronization and standardize MIS data for invoicing and delivery; work with Accenture and finance
    • Interface with Supplier quality & procurement (PESC / SOPM)
    • Publish and update documentation for SMROI user guide and SLA document
