The ideal candidates will have a diploma or bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role involves client interactions, record management, and supporting operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Administration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Receive calls from clients and escalate issues to technical personnel.
  • Generate and file records on requests and complaints.
  • Produce daily aging reports for operation performance.
  • Compile deduction mapping reports for meetings.
  • Coordinate internal communication to support operations.
  • Manage key administration for security purposes.
  • Execute callbacks to improve service quality.

UEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing our young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Program: Graduate Trainee Program (GeT) under the Protege Program

Responsibilities:

  • Receive call from client and escalate to technical personnel to attend to the problem.
  • Generate and file records on all requests, work orders, and complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Produce daily ageing report to support operation performance monitoring.
  • Compile deduction mapping report for validation meeting.
  • Coordinate Internal communication between services to support operation.
  • Manage in and out of key administration for security purpose.
  • Execute call back system to improve service quality.


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Administration or a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
