Job summary

A leading engineering company in Malaysia is offering a Graduate Trainee Program designed to empower graduates with essential skills and experience in civil, mechanical, and electrical works. Participants will assist in monitoring site activities, supervise construction tasks, and prepare technical documents. Applicants must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to qualify for this unique opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring daily site activities for civil, mechanical, and electrical works.
  • Assist the team with supervision of earthworks, pavement works, drainage installation, street lighting relocation, and utility diversions.
  • Assist in checking drawings, measurements, and ensuring work follows project specifications.
  • Assist in preparing technical documents such as site reports, progress updates, and as-built records.
  • Assist in identifying and reporting site issues related to civil works, electrical systems, or equipment performance.
  • Support the project team to ensure work is carried out safely, on time, and according to quality standards.
