  • Prior experience in managing project execution is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Review RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents to understand requirements.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals/quotations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather necessary documentation.
  • Support the sales team with cost estimation and technical clarifications.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in proposal/tendering, project execution, or engineering support in industrial, construction, oil & gas, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Familiarity with project workflows, tender documentation, and technical evaluation processes.
  • Prior experience in preparing proposals, coordinating with vendors/suppliers, and managing project execution is an advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Review RFQs, ITBs, and tender documents to understand technical and commercial requirements.
  • Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals/quotations according to client specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather quotations, datasheets, and compliance documents.
  • Support the sales team with cost estimation, bid preparation, and technical clarifications.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (submittals, schedules, progress reports, QA/QC documents, as-built records).
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and handle variation/change orders.
  • Attend project meetings, FATs, and site visits when required.
  • Report project status, risks, and opportunities to management on a regular basis.
