Job summary

A prominent property development company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales Admin to assist with daily operations. Responsibilities include handling communications with purchasers and solicitors, updating systems, and preparing reports. Candidates should possess a Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration, with 2-3 years of experience in the property development sector. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, alongside good command of English and Malay. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on facilitating property transactions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales Admin, specifically in property development.
  • Good command of English, Malay, or Mandarin, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and possess good follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Group Sales Admin in day-to-day activities including answering calls and attending to purchasers.
  • Liaise with purchasers and solicitors for execution of various agreements.
  • Update data in KPKT HIMS, prepare and send letters and billing reminders.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments, loan drawdowns, and stamped agreements.
  • Maintain an organized filing system and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
