Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in property maintenance and building facility management.
• Experience in handling township maintenance, high-rise or landed properties.
• Experience in shopping mall maintenance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize work for the Central Support section.
• Prepare management reports and analyses for the Senior Manager.
• Coordinate handling of vacant possessions and related work.
• Manage strata properties and maintenance fees.
• Liaise with various parties and maintain good rapport with stakeholders.
