Deliver a property recommendation and ensure the recommendation has met the client requirements

Work closely with relevant division to ensure the inspection of property, price negotiation, and other things related to the process of leasing or buying property can run well

Communicate, build, and maintain relationship with client

Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
