Job summary

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement, tender management, project coordination, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiarity with tender documentation and government procurement systems (e-Perolehan experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier coordination skills.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Source goods, materials, and services from suppliers at competitive prices for project teams and inter‑departmental needs.
  • Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers, evaluate and compare quotes, and prepare cost breakdown analyses.
  • Conduct daily checks on e-Perolehan (Government Electronic Procurement System) for new tender invitations.
  • Participate in tender preparation and ensure compliance with tender requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project‑related documentation, including job files, vendor files, and operational records.
  • Catalogue sourced goods and maintain updated digital catalogues and brochures for project reference.
  • Assist in maintaining office facilities, equipment, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and related correspondence.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
