About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Project Site Coordinator / QAQC Supervisor Architecture to join our team at Heng Jian Industrial Construction Sdn Bhd. As a full‑time employee based in Kuala Lumpur, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day‑to‑day operations and quality assurance of our construction projects.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise the execution of construction activities on‑site to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular quality assurance and quality control (QAQC) inspections to identify and resolve any non‑conformities.
• Liaise with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all site activities, inspections, and test results.
• Provide guidance and support to the construction team to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports, project documentation, and other relevant materials.
