Job summary

A leading renovation services company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Sales Executive to drive sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma or degree, with 1-5 years of sales or marketing experience in building materials. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin as a plus. This role involves building strong customer relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-5 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing in building material preferred.
• Experience in liaising with Contractors and Building Owners is advantageous.
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing efforts, including identifying potential customers and projects.
• Initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Follow up and engage in negotiation with customers while ensuring compliance to Company's pricing policies.
• Build and maintain strong customers relationships while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
• Discover customers needs and offer solutions of companys services and products to them

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or Degree in any field of studies or Business studies / Marketing.
• Experience in liaising with Contractor, and Building Owner will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 - 5 year(s) of working experience in Sales / Marketing in building material is preferably.
• Required language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (will be a plus)
• Ability to organize, plan and analyze.
• Ensure work accuracy is achieved and company regulations are fully complied.
