Position(s) Hiring

Head/Senior Manager, Project Implementation x2 HCs

Working Day/ Hour / Location
  • Kulai or Johor Bahru
  • Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM
Job Scope
  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project implementation plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery of property development projects.
  • Construction Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work progress aligns with approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Cost and Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, control expenditures, and ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality and design integrity.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures and conduct regular inspections to ensure construction meets specifications and standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Regulatory and Compliance Management: Ensure all project activities comply with statutory requirements, approvals, and industry best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, delays, and challenges to minimize impact on cost, timeline, and quality.
  • Sustainability and Innovation: Integrate sustainable building practices, innovative construction methods, and value engineering into project delivery.
  • Reporting and Progress Updates: Provide timely and accurate project progress reports to senior management, highlighting risks, variances, and corrective actions.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop the project implementation team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirement
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (E.g., Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or related fields). Diploma holders may be considered if they have strong relevant experience.
  • Minimum 10 years in property development or large-scale master development projects (Township, industrial park, or mixed-use).
  • Proven track record delivering end-to-end project implementation for high-value developments.
  • Strong understanding of property development cycles from planning to handover.
  • Expertise in construction methods, contract administration, and project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
  • Familiarity with Malaysian building regulations, local authority requirements, environmental and safety standards, and quality management systems.
  • Exposure to green building or ESG initiatives is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel and be based at project sites as required.
Salary
  • Senior Manager: Up to RM18,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
  • Head: Up to RM18,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
