Job description

As a Project Planner at BRAMA IMPRESA DESIGN & BUILD SDN. BHD., you will play a crucial role in managing the planning and scheduling for our construction projects. This full-time position is based in Selangor, and will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of our projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing comprehensive project plans and schedules to map out the timeline and key milestones for construction projects
• Coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and update plans accordingly
• Monitoring project progress against the plan, and identifying and resolving any potential delays or issues
• Providing regular progress reports to keep the project team and clients informed of the status
• Supporting the procurement team by providing accurate information on material and resource requirements
• Continuously looking for ways to optimise planning and scheduling processes to improve efficiency
• Able to carry out any other tasks requested by management

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience as a Project Planner or Scheduler in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction planning and scheduling techniques, such as critical path analysis and resource levelling
• Proficient in using project management software like MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
• Diploma/Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Fresh graduates or those with minimal experience are welcome to apply
