Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible to plan, lead and manage projects, ensuring good profitability and quality at the program level.
• Assist the general manager in monitoring profit & loss for key accounts, as well as project reporting.
• Support the project team to resolve project issues throughout implementation.
• Manage tracking, reporting and progress updates, and present them to management and the customer.
• Act as the primary project interface or contact point to the customer, ensuring good satisfaction and developing strong relationships.
• Lead and manage the project team and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate knowledge transfer to engineers and subcontractors via mentoring, workshops, and other activities.
• Delegate, communicate, monitor, coach and motivate all team members regularly and positively.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) degree or equivalent.
• Candidate with PMP & PRINCE certification will have added advantage.
• Knowledge in project management, cross‑functional communication skills, and analytic skills is preferred.
