We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation, operation, and maintenance of water treatment projects.

The role involves managing project execution, system commissioning, operational performance, and long‑term plant stability.

📋 Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责

Manage end‑to‑end execution of water treatment projects from site implementation to handover and operation.

负责水处理项目从现场实施、调试到交付及运行的全过程管理。

Oversee daily operation and maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure system stability, efficiency, and compliance.

负责水处理系统的日常运行与维护，确保系统稳定、高效并符合法规要求。

Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and clients on technical and operational matters.

协调工程团队、承包商、供应商及客户，解决项目实施与运行中的技术与管理问题。

Monitor system performance, identify operational risks, and implement corrective and optimisation measures.

监控系统运行表现，识别运行风险并推动整改及优化措施。

Prepare project progress reports, operational reports, maintenance schedules, and technical documentation.

编制项目进度报告、运行报告、维护计划及相关技术文件。

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirements.

确保项目符合环保法规、安全标准及合同要求。

🎓 Requirements / 任职要求

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

环境工程、化学工程、机械工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in water treatment project implementation, operation, or plant management.

具备5–8年以上水处理项目实施、运行或水厂管理相关经验。

Proven hands‑on experience in industrial or municipal water treatment systems (e.g. wastewater, RO, UF, MBR, ZLD, etc.).

具备工业或市政水处理系统实际经验（如废水处理、RO、UF、MBR、ZLD 等）。

Strong knowledge of water treatment processes, equipment, and operational troubleshooting.

熟悉水处理工艺流程、设备及运行故障排查。

Experience in managing O&M teams, contractors, and on‑site operations is highly preferred.

具备运维团队、承包商及现场管理经验者优先。

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and resolve site‑level technical issues.

具备独立工作能力，能同时处理多项任务并解决现场技术问题。
