Job summary

A project management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Manager to handle end-to-end project delivery. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, working closely with Business Analysts, Tech Developers, and Project Owners to ensure clarity and alignment. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in project management, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to lead small to mid-sized teams. What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be accountable for end-to-end project delivery, from blueprint to kick-off to go-live and beyond:

Own project planning, timelines, scope, and delivery for tech implementation projects

Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects concurrently, typically with a team size of 2–6 team members per project (project value from $200K to $1m)

Work closely with Business Analysts, Tech Developers and Project Owners to ensure clarity, feasibility, and alignment

Drive daily execution with Team Leads & team members – task planning, sprint coordination, dependency tracking, and progress updates

Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes — before they become escalations

Facilitate project meetings with internal teams and customers with clarity and purpose

Set and manage customer expectations clearly and professionally

Ensure quality delivery, smooth UAT, and successful go-live

Keep everyone aligned — especially when things get messy (and they will get messy)

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Project Manager - deeply involved in delivery (not just reporting status)

Strong in planning, prioritisation, and follow‑through

Currently or previously managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑moving environment

Experience leading small to mid‑sized delivery teams

Comfortable working closely with developers, BAs, and customers/project owners

Clear communicator — firm when needed, calm under pressure

Experience with Microsoft‑based solutions is a plus (Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint)
