Project Manager, Strategy & Business Transformation (Any Voice Technology exp)

We are exploring someone who could start off with Voice AI knowledge and start off with a specific project first. If this person is good, we are able to consider converting to PERM role.

Prefer a person who is detailed oriented.

Positive mindset, open-minded with changes (through tech adoption).

Can-do attitude, willing to learn new things.

Voice AI Technology is relatively new in the market, so this person will need to learn by themselves and understand some technical terms.

Able to draw out process, and communicate with vendors, key stakeholders in KL, and Australia.

Position Objective

This role will support organizational growth and efficiency by reviewing and transforming business processes across the front office, mid office, and back office. A critical part of this role is to identify processes that can be improved, design solutions, and drive implementation through technology and HR Tech adoption.

The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and highly visual — capable of translating complex processes and strategies into clear visual frameworks, dashboards, and roadmaps. They will act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact in profitability, efficiency, workforce productivity, and customer experience.

Experience
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in strategy, business transformation, or consulting, with exposure to process improvement and HR Tech.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and liaise with technology vendors and service providers.
  • Strong knowledge of process analysis and continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen is a plus).
  • Proven ability to create visual process maps, dashboards, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Understanding of HR Tech systems (ATS, HRIS, Payroll, LMS, AI‑enabled recruitment, workforce analytics) will be a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, visualization, and communication skills.
  • Experience leading process redesign and technology‑enabled improvements.
