Project Manager (Sewerage Project) play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex sewerage infrastructure projects. Reporting to the senior management team, you will be responsible for leading cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This full‑time position is based in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and managing project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost‑effective project delivery
• Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, and implementing appropriate risk management strategies
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant construction regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols
• Providing regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders
• Optimising project processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement
• Mentoring and developing junior project team members

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on sewerage infrastructure projects
• Technical: Comprehensive knowledge of pipe jacking operations, strong understanding of geotechnical engineering, ground conditions and groundwater control, familiar with utility protection, dewatering system and temporary works for structural support relevant standards and statutory requirements
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross‑functional teams
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution skills
• Thorough understanding of construction regulations, safety protocols, and industry best practices
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and senior management
• Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
