A leading marketing agency in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced project manager to lead and manage projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Marketing or Business, at least 3 years of project management experience within a creative agency, and a strong understanding of agency workflows including branding and campaigns. Familiarity with project management tools, such as ClickUp or Notion, is highly desired, as well as excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Lead and manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient and seamless project execution.
Allocate and manage resources effectively to maximize team productivity.
Track project progress, identify risks early, and proactively resolve potential issues.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with teams, vendors, and clients to align expectations and outcomes.
Utilize project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms to monitor tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
Control scope changes to prevent scope creep while keeping teams aligned with project objectives.
Document project insights, learnings, and best practices to enhance future workflows and processes.
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ project management experience within a creative, digital, or marketing agency environment.
Prior experience working in a remote setup is highly advantageous.
Strong understanding of agency workflows, including branding, design, social media, website development, campaigns, and video production.
Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Notion, or equivalent systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
Proactive and solution‑oriented, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges.
Capable of clearly explaining marketing processes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication skills for both client‑facing and internal collaboration.
Effective time management skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
