Job summary

A construction firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced professional to supervise construction works independently and coordinate with teams. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of related experience, particularly in Piling Related work. Strong Mandarin communication skills are required to interact effectively with clients. Qualifications

• Must possess experience in Piling Related job.
• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the related field.
• Preferably Senior Executive level in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural.

Responsibilities

Job description

To ensure procedures and materials of comply with contract plan, quality and specifications.

To supervise all construction works at site independently.

To attend fortnightly site meetings.

Coordinate and monitor construction works as per contract specifications and standards to ensure procedures are followed and materials used conform to specification and standards.

Supervise construction works and to ensure that all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction and etc..

Requirements:

Must posses experiences in Piling Related job

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Be able to work independently.

Able to speak Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
