We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and adoption of Microsoft 365 E5 security workloads. Youll manage cross-functional teams in deploying enterprise-grade solutions such as Microsoft Defender XDR, Information Protection, Identity Governance, and Compliance technologies, helping organizations elevate their security posture.

What You'll Do:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
• Establish governance with clear roles, RBAC assignments & escalation paths
• Lead deployment of Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365) and Microsoft Purview solutions
• Configure Conditional Access, Insider Risk Mgmt, DLP, and integrate with existing SIEM tools
• Conduct workshops with security SMEs, architects & business stakeholders
• Provide updates to executive sponsors and tech leads
• Drive end-user training and change management
• Manage testing, gap assessments (e.g., M365 Security Assessment), and documentation
• Ensure successful handover to operations and define support/escalation path

What You Bring:

• Minimum 4 years of working experience
• Must have proven experience in deployment of Microsoft 365 E5 Security Workloads such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, and Microsoft Purview solutions.
• Solid experience delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 or security projects
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 E5 security workloads
• Familiarity with NIST, GDPR, ISO 27001, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Certifications in Project Management and Microsoft Security (preferred)
