Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an Information Technology Project Manager to deliver products and ensure completion of contractual deliverables at customer sites. Responsibilities include managing project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing training and support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with 1 to 3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with project planning methodologies. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of resource allocation and scheduling.

Job description

Deliver products, services, systems, and/or solutions at customer sites in accordance with the customer contract and Statement of Work (SOW).

Ensure the successful completion of all contractual deliverables, including system installation and integration, clinical and technical consulting, training and educational support, and customer success initiatives.

Define and apply project objectives and customer success criteria; develop and maintain project plans in collaboration with project team members and relevant stakeholders, based on contractual requirements.

Gather, assess, and manage customer expectations, providing timely and appropriate responses to feedback.

Manage clearly defined, low-complexity local projects or assigned components of larger, more complex projects.

Take responsibility for project execution, progress monitoring, quality assurance, and timely delivery.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent field, with 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with customer operational representatives.

Basic understanding of project planning methodologies, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk estimation.
