Job Purpose

As the Project Manager for ValuationXchange (VX), you will own the planning, coordination and execution of all project related to Infomina Geolytik and specifically VX related initiatives across banks, valuers, internal products and external vendors. VX is a bank grade platform that connects lenders and valuers, and integrates with products such as Valuer Copilot, PaymentXchange, climate and market intelligence modules.

You will be responsible for turning strategy into a clear delivery roadmap, aligning stakeholders, managing risk, and ensuring that each bank implementation follows a consistent, high quality playbook from proof of concept to full rollout.

Key Responsibilities

Program governance and master planning

Own the ValuationXchange master plan covering all banks, modules and vendors.

Maintain core project governance artefacts including project plans, RAID logs, decision registers, issue and change logs.

Establish and run governance cadence such as weekly delivery meetings, bank project meetings and monthly steering sessions with management or shareholders.

Bank implementation and POC management

Lead end to end implementation for each bank from POC through to production rollout.

Map standard VX flows to each bank’s internal process, including routing, status flows, LOI and report handling.

Coordinate UAT scope, test data, test cases, UAT training sessions and UAT sign off.

Plan and manage go live, including cutover windows, rollback plan and hypercare period.

Maintain a structured project pack for each bank that consolidates plans, decisions, communication and documentation.

Scope, change and customisation control

Run the VX change request process, logging all new asks from banks, valuers and internal teams.

Classify requests as platform enhancements, configuration items or one off workarounds, and route them to product owners for decision.

Protect the core platform design by avoiding unnecessary forks and bank specific hard coding whenever configuration can be used.

Ensure that agreed scope, priorities and timelines are visible and traceable for all stakeholders.

Risk, security, compliance and infrastructure coordination

Maintain a security and compliance checklist per bank covering hosting, data residency, access control, audit logs, backup and disaster recovery, and PDPA alignment.

Coordinate with infra and security teams on decisions such as Azure versus AWS region, environment setup and migrations.

Consolidate and track responses to bank security questionnaires, audits and technical due diligence.

Ensure that non functional requirements such as performance, availability and resilience are planned, tested and reported.

Cross product coordination

Align the VX delivery roadmap with related products such as Valuer Copilot, PaymentXchange, climate services and market intelligence.

Track and manage dependencies across products, including shared APIs, data structures and release timings.

Work with product and engineering leads to ensure that changes in one system do not break flows in another.

Playbooks, processes and documentation

Develop and maintain standard playbooks for bank onboarding, UAT, production deployment, incident response and valuer communication.

Work with customer success to ensure that knowledge base articles, user guides and internal runbooks are updated as part of each release.

Create and maintain templates for status reports, steering decks, decision summaries and post implementation reviews.

Communication and stakeholder management

Act as the central coordination point for banks on delivery related matters.

Provide clear, concise status reporting to internal leaders, bank stakeholders and partners.

Facilitate workshops and working sessions to clarify requirements, present solutions and resolve issues.

Coordinate communication to panel valuers regarding new processes, UAT access and production timelines.

Performance tracking and continuous improvement

Define and monitor program delivery metrics such as cycle time from request to production, UAT defect trends and incident volumes.

Support business stakeholders in tracking benefits such as number of banks onboarded, volume of instructions and leads flowing through VX.

Capture lessons learned and update playbooks, checklists and governance routines to improve future implementations.

Must-Haves

At least 5 years of experience in program management, PMO or senior project management in a technology, financial services or enterprise software context.

A degree in business, computer science, information systems, engineering, finance, economics or a related field.

Demonstrable success in delivering complex multi-stakeholder projects, ideally involving banks or other regulated institutions.

Hands on experience running governance routines, maintaining RAID logs, managing scope and leading cross functional delivery teams.

Strong understanding of software delivery life cycles and how to work with product, engineering, infra and security teams.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical teams and senior executives.

A structured, data-informed approach to planning and risk management, combined with an owner mindset and bias to action.

High level of organisation, attention to detail and comfort working in a fast paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Experience

Professional certifications in project, program, or business analysis disciplines, such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or equivalent.

Experience operating in a formal PMO or enterprise delivery environment, particularly within regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or government.

Prior exposure to data platforms, SaaS products, or systems involving multi-tenant architecture and security or compliance considerations.

Familiarity with Agile, hybrid Agile-Waterfall, or scaled delivery frameworks, with the ability to adapt governance rigor to project complexity.
