Job description

We are seeking a Project Manager (HVAC & Cooling) to lead and manage all construction activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HVAC systems and data centre infrastructure, with hands‑on experience managing design, construction, and commissioning phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project programs and schedules
• Oversee project progress, quality, safety, and cost control in accordance with engineering contracts
• Strategically allocate production resources to enhance efficiency and support profitability goals
• Review and verify project completion documentation for accuracy, compliance, and financial settlement
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in construction or project management, specifically in data center MEP and HVAC systems
• Skilled in project scheduling, testing, and commissioning
• Familiarity with large‑scale IDC project management
• Knowledge of BMS and EPMS systems for smart dynamic environments is a plus
• Required to work 5.5 days
